Are the meet ups suitable for beginners? yes
Where are the meet ups located? Hildenborough in my studio
What is the maximum number of people? A max of 5 people , If you have a group of up to 12 colleagues or friends who may be interested then let me know and I can arrange for a bigger venue.
Will I be guided by a qualified teacher? yes I am a qualified meditation teacher, with The British School of Meditation. I am also a qualified school teacher and passionate about meditation in my daily life.
Will I need any special equipment or resources? no
