Emma will then guide you through a deeply relaxing meditation and sound bath healing, using therapeutic instruments and gentle frequencies to calm the mind, release tension, and restore balance within. Each circle will be slightly different.

Sunday 21st June - Summer Solstice Retreat -based on 108 salutation, the usual yoga and meditation practice with the opportunity to make and take home mala beads.
Friday September 11th Autumn reset -An opportunity to reconnect in with yourself, ready for autumn, time to shed any unwanted thoughts or feelings and tension in the body through the gentle medium of reiki.
